1. The belt of the fully automatic baler is stuck and the normal conveyor belt cannot be used.

1. Remove the relevant nuts of the fixed roller in order;

2. It will be found that there will be two special countersunk screws on the connecting shaft. Since this is used for fixing the connecting shaft, it is necessary to rotate the screw upwards;

3. Then you can remove the connecting shaft and check the cause of the belt jam. If there is foreign matter, it can be quickly removed.

4. According to the original operation steps, re-assemble the automatic baler, and maintain a certain gap between the main nut and the curved plate. At least greater than the thickness of the strap used


Second, after the automatic baler completes the packing operation, the automatic baler cannot perform automatic cutting.

1. Adjust the tightness of the strapping strap;

2. Check if the sliding piece and belt of the automatic baler have oil. If it is loose, it needs to be removed.

3, you can use a relatively thin strapping for packaging, so that the gap between the rollers is reduced.


Third, the bonding strength of the strapping is small and loose.

1, the bonding temperature should be moderate, too high or too low can not guarantee the effect of bonding;

2. The voltage of the power supply of the automatic baler is insufficient, which will cause the actual bonding temperature to be lower than the previously set bonding temperature, and the relevant standard cannot be reached. The cable used is too long and will affect the voltage;

3. The middle-knife bearing of the automatic baler has been damaged, and the bonding temperature is not gone;

4. The spring of the pendulum rod fails, and the predetermined working position cannot be reached, and the bonded area is small;

5. The height of the electric steel sheet cannot be perfectly combined, resulting in deviation of the heating position.
