3. Responsibilities:


The operator of the strapping machine is responsible for the implementation of this standard, and the QA inspector is responsible for supervision.


4. Procedure:


4.1. Cleaning frequency:


4.1.1. The surface of the casing is cleaned every morning and evening.


4.1.2. The chip or dirt inside the machine is cleaned once a week.


4.1.3. The upper slide, middle knife and front top knife are cleaned once a month.


4.1.4. Special conditions are cleaned at any time.


4.2. Automatic strapping machine cleaning tools: brush, cleaning cloth, bucket, rubber gloves. 4.3. Detergent: detergent, gasoline.


4.4. Cleaning method: 4.4.1. Cleaning the upper slide.


4.4.1.1. Disassembly: Remove the tension spring on the swinging rocker below the skateboard and move the upper and lower slides back to remove.


4.4.1.2. Remove the residual dust particles with the brush on the upper and lower slides and the groove of the left and right beading strips, wipe them clean with gasoline and wipe them once with a dry cleaning cloth.


4.4.1.3. Installation:


4.4.1.3.1. Fix the lower slide in the upper slide and fit it together in the left and right bead grooves. 4.4.1.3.2. Fix the spring tip of the swing rocker in the lower slide claw groove.


4.4.1.3.3. The automatic strapping machine mounts the tension spring on the swing rocker.


4.4.1.3.4. Check if the movement of the upper and lower slides is smooth, and then add a little lubricant to the gap between the slide and the bead groove. 4.4.2. Cleaning of the top knife in the middle of the knife:


4.4.2.1. Disassembly: Remove the tension spring of the middle knife and the front top knife, move the upper slide slightly backward, and take out the middle knife and the front top knife. 4.4.2.2. Cleaning: Wipe the dust inside the middle knife, front top knife and sipe with a brush, and wipe it with gasoline. Wipe it once with a dry cleaning cloth.


4.4.2.3. Installation: first install the front top knife, then install the middle knife, then install the spring and add a little moisturizing flue gas desulfurization flapper door oil around the knife.


4.4.3. Automatic strapping machine surface cleaning:


4.4.3.1. Use a brush to remove the inner and outer surfaces of the baler, the particles and debris in the tank, and pay attention to the cleaning at the gap.


4.4.3.2. Wipe the outer surface of the mechanical housing with a damp cloth, including the left and right doors until clean; wipe the special stains with a cleaning agent and use a damp cloth to remove residual cleaning agent.


4.4.3.3. Remove the reel and wipe the parts with a damp cloth to clean. Wipe with a dry cloth for 1 time. 4.4.4. After cleaning, load the reel with the reel and load it into the strapping machine according to the installation procedure. 4.4.5. Dry the power switch frame, motor, bearings, etc. with dry hot air.


4.4.6. After cleaning, fill in the cleaning record in detail, and ask the QA inspector to sign and attach the “Clean” status label after checking.


4.5. Evaluation of cleaning effect: clean, no oil, debris and other dirt.


4.6. The cleaning tool is cleaned, aired and stored at the designated location in the clean room according to the cleaning tool cleaning procedure (SOP SC0023).


Maintenance:


4.7.1. After cleaning the upper slide and the middle knife, the lubricating oil should be added after cleaning every month. 4.7.2. Lubricate the shaft and bearing at once every three months. 4.7.3. Replenish the oil in the gearbox of the gearbox once every two years.
