Only understand the correct use of the automatic baler, in order to make the baler work better for us, the following will introduce you to the following.

1. The automatic baler rope is strung through the automatic elastic device behind the baler, and placed along the packing belt slot. Then the strap is strapped to the bottom of the packing trough, and the automatic elastic device is rotated 90 degrees to close the bottom. The door is locked.


2. Put in the material. When the material is loaded to the height of the platen, close the door and press the “down” button. The device runs automatically and compacts. (The material feeding height other than cardboard can only be slightly higher than the bottom door).


3. The platen moves down to the maximum pressure and then automatically returns to the fully open position. When the packing constraint is compressed, the platen stops at the preset position of the compressed material.


4. Open the device door and pass the rope from the front to the back through the bottom wire trough and return to the front through the platen slot. Tighten the tie rope by hand. Push the packing lever by hand and push the lever to a fixed position and snap it. Press the "Up" button and the back of the cylinder will automatically flip the bundled bundle out. (Do not allow people to stand in front of the door when opening the door, so as not to accidentally open the door.)


5. After the automatic baler bundle is ejected, reset the packing lever to perform the pressing action. Finally remove the bale, close the door and lock it into the next packing cycle task.
